WHOLE LEAF ALOE VERA
It has been known for hundreds of years that Aloe Vera has tremendous healing properties; however, recent attention has been focused on the outer leaf of the plant because of its much higher mucopolysaccharide content. Mucopolysaccharides are long chain sugars which have been found to have tremendous healing powers and are major components of other powerful tonifying and immune enhancing herbs including: Reishi, Shiitake and Maitake mushrooms, Astragalus, Ginseng and even Shark Cartilage.

Dr. John Finnegan, considers Whole Leaf Aloe Vera to be one of the most effective products he is using as part of his alternative cancer treatment program. According to Dr. Finnegan, properly processed Whole Leaf Aloe Vera has the ability to: Kill pathogenic bacteria; viruses, yeast and parasites, promote the growth of new healthy cells, reduce inflammation and swelling, help breakdown, cleanse and remove from the body tumors, growths, dead cells and toxic substances, provide critical joint lubrication, reduce the side effects of radiation and chemotherapy, reduce pain in many illnesses, limit many types of allergic reactions, and more.

Whole Leaf Aloe Vera , like Cat’s Claw, seems to be a product that can be used as a preventative as well as a treatment for numerous health problems. It seems to have applications for all kinds of minor infections, arthritis, allergies, asthma, skin problems, stomach, bowel and intestinal disorders, candidiasis, diabetes, heart & cardiovascular disease, cancer and even AIDS.

SPEAKING OF AIDS
In the Journal of Advancement in Medicine, winter 1990, vol. 3 #4, results of a remarkable study using Whole Leaf Aloe Vera Juice on 29 AIDS patients were reported. These 29 patients were given approximately 20 ounces a day of Whole Leaf Aloe Vera Juice along with essential fatty acids and a multi-vitamin & mineral formula. It was reported that after 18 months, one half of the patients had become sero-negative. Michael Arrington, the most seriously ill of all had been given 4 to 21 days to live...x-rays revealed that his liver had been 90% destroyed by 17 malignant tumors. However, one year later new x-rays revealed that all of these tumors had disappeared, his liver had completely regenerated and all symptoms associated with AIDS were gone.

Whole Leaf Aloe Vera Juice is completely safe to use with children and seems to be totally compatible with Cat's Claw.

REPORTS ABOUT CAT’S CLAW FROM DOCTORS IN THE U.S.

Dr. Satya Ambrose, N.D., co-founder of the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine:
recently began using Cat’s Claw with some of her patients. She has reported seeing significant improvement in patients suffering from crohn’s disease, ulcers, asthma, arthritis, iritis, shingles, dysbiosis and chronic fatigue syndrome. One patient, a woman who had been taking sulfasalazine (a sulfa drug with numerous side effects) to treat a bleeding ulcerative condition associated with crohn’s, was able to quit the drug after a few weeks using Cat’s Claw. Her bleeding condition seems to have cleared up and she is reported to be experiencing much higher levels of energy.

Dr. Ambrose also mentioned that she has been able to eliminate the use of many Chinese herbs because Cat’s Claw, in many instances, seems to be more effective; and finally, she has informed me that Cat’s Claw seems to enhance overall immunity while increasing stamina and energy in patients who suffer from physical and mental exhaustion due to an overactive or stressful lifestyle.

Dr. Donna Schwontkowski, D.C.:
In Healthy and Natural Journal, Issue 1, October 1994, pp. 64-65, Dr. Schwontkowski has stated that Uña de gato (Cat’s Claw) is the most powerful immune enhancing herb of all the herbs native to the Peruvian Amazon. In her article titled, “Herbal Treasures from the Amazon” Part 1, she mentions that preliminary studies suggest that the herb has an ability to stop viral infections in early stages, help patients who are chemically sensitive, enhance emotional stability - even in the midst of extreme stress, fight infections in AIDS patients and decrease the visible size of some skin tumors and cysts within two weeks. Dr. Schwontkowski also reports that Uña de gato has been linked with the remission of brain and other tumors, as well as providing relief from the side-effects of chemotherapy.

Dr. Julie Clemens, N.D. and Homeopath :
began giving Cat’s Claw to her mother who had severe circulatory problems in her legs and found walking to be difficult and extremely painful. Within a few weeks, her circulation improved and she was able to begin walking with almost no pain. Marcia, Melbourne, FL... I am writing you this letter in regards to the effects of Cat’s Claw. I read your article in GNC Magazine that I received in the mail with interest. I have been giving one of my patients a tincture preparation of Uncaria tomentosa, she was suffering from diverticulitis. Within a period of three months all symptoms had disappeared. A. Both Dr. Julie Clemens, N.D. and Dr. Brent Davis, D.C. have reported seeing Cat’s Claw’s effectiveness in killing and expelling a variety of different parasites from the gastrointestinal tract.

Q. H.E., Brooklyn, NY... I was wondering if you know about products that contain benzene and the vitamin that could rid the system of it.
A. According to the research of Dr. Hulda Clark, trace amounts of benzene have been found in numerous processed foods, cosmetic products and even some vitamin supplements. Some of these include: flavored yogurt, jello, candies and cakes, commercial cooking oils &shortening, canned and bottled soda pop, beer, fruit juices and even bottled water, toothpastes, cold cereals, ice cream, hand cream & moisturizers, chewing gum, Vaseline products, lubricated condoms, cattle & poultry feeds, flavored pet foods, bird food made into cakes and some tea tree oil products.
One supplement that seems to be effective in helping the liver to rid the body of benzene and other environmental toxins is lipoic acid, also known as Thioctic Acid. A. The Epstein Bar virus is known to weaken the liver and in so doing lower ones immunity. Many have found Cat’s Claw to be effective in overcoming various allergies and upper respiratory infections; however, a more comprehensive program my be necessary in more difficult cases.
