Who Is Phil Steinberg?


Phillip N. Steinberg is a certified nutritional consultant, who has worked in the natural products industry over 30 years. More than anyone else, Mr. Steinberg has been responsible for informing the American public about the remarkable properties of Cat’s Claw (Uncaria tomentosa), a medicinal herb indigenous to the Peruvian Amazon Rainforest.

Beginning in July of 1993, Mr. Steinberg began disseminating the available research on Cat’s Claw and from1994 - 1998 wrote articles about the herb that appeared in over 40 nationally syndicated magazines in the United States, Australia, and Poland. These articles have been shared with companies, health practitioners and individuals throughout the world.

For four years running, Mr. Steinberg published Cat’s Claw News, later changed to Amazon Herb and Nutrition News, a bi-monthly newsletter, dedicated to reporting updated information about the herb and other interesting products that might benefit mankind.

In addition, he has written two booklets; Cat’s claw, The Wondrous Herb from the Peruvian Rainforest, and Isoflavones and The New Concentrated Soy supplements, published by Healing Wisdom Publications in New York City.
